Major Responsibilities: Under the general supervision of the Assistant Athletic Director for Event Operations, serve as the Events and Guest Services Manager.
• Develop/implement training/evaluation/goals program for approximately 100 students working in a Guest Services capacity.
• Oversee student employee development including but not limited to performance tracking, skills development, administrative functions, and event assignments.
• Serve as Guest Services Manager for assigned events including supervision, training, motivation, and oversight of student staff.
• Serve as the primary point of contact in a leadership/guidance role while meeting regularly with athletic department staff, campus organizations, external vendors, and clients to plan and coordinate th
