General duties will include recruiting, academic mentoring, assisting in planning of practice, individual workouts, fundraising and any other duty assigned to them by Head Track & Field Coach or the Director of Athletics.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, experience competing at the collegiate level or previous coaching experience and a valid driver's license.
Knowledge of and adherence to Bethany, NCAA Division III, and Presidents' Athletic Conference rules and regulations are also required.
Position provides 100% tuition credit for full-time enrolled students up to eighteen (18) credits for the 21-22 academic year. Housing and a meal plan is included while school is in session. A modest monetary stipend is also awarded.
