ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drafts and reviews any needed legal forms for Athletics Compliance, Medical Services, Camps and other areas. Oversees the risk management planning and evaluation for Athletics & Business Advancement and develops mitigating action plans. Participates in the development and implementation of plan, policies, strategies and procedures that are in compliance with University, conference, NCAA rules and regulations and the law. Develops and executes relevant educational programming for department staff. Conducts department Title IX review, conducts annual NCAA violation review, serves as public records liaison.
