Westmont College Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach & Academy Head Coaching Position/ Zone 2 Girls Director -
Westmont College and Central Coast Soccer Academy have partnered together to create a full-time combined coaching position as a Westmont College women’s soccer assistant coach and an Elite Academy team head coach and Zone 2 girl’s director for the U9-U14 levels within the Santa Barbara SC. We are currently accepting applications for this position.
All coaches at Westmont College and the Central Coast Soccer Academy are required to be punctual, possess a strong work ethic, demonstrate good communication skills, and an ability to work well with others, in order to implement and clearly communicate our curriculum effectively to our players and parents.
Westmont College is a four year Christian, liberal arts college located in Santa Barbara, CA. Its soccer program is nationally ranked and competes in the NAIA in the Golden State Athletics Conference. Westmont College has state of the art facilities and is committed to academic and athletic excellence.
CCA provides youth soccer players within the DPL league a superior coaching staff, a well- defined and progressive player development curriculum, and quality training facilities in Santa Barbara, CA.
Westmont College is seeking coaches who can:
-Assist with team management off the field
-Assist with practice sessions and games
-Assist with running college ID Camps
-Assist with the recruiting process
-Assist with light office duties and fundraising projects
-Hours and schedules are negotiable
-Employment at Westmont College is reviewed annually
CCA is seeking coaches who can:
- Inspire a profound love of soccer in all players
- Coach 2-3 teams annually
- Manage weekly for training and games
- Teach & create an environment of high engagement focusing on development while teach life skills.
- Communicating with parents regarding their child's progress
- Hours and schedules vary by the age and level of the team.
- Employment at CCA is reviewed on an annual basis.
Minimum USSF C License and/or United Soccer Coaches National, United Soccer Coaches Advanced National, United Soccer Coaches Premier.
Additional Salary Information: Commensurate with experience and licensing
