USG is seeking to hire it’s first ever Clean Out For A Cause® Program Director. This individual will have the exciting responsibility of continuing to further USG’s mission and reach by overseeing USG’s primary funding stream.
This role includes a unique blend of relational and strategic responsibilities that include stewarding the Clean Out For A Cause® programs hundreds of existing supporters throughout the college and pro sports industry in addition to developing strategic campaigns focused on further establishing Clean Out For A Cause® as the go-to way for college and professional sports professionals to maximize the impact of their used or excess gear.
Clean Out For A Cause® maximizes the impact of used or excess sports gear by maximizing each item's value through USG’s unique eCommerce operation. This role will be focused on the procurement of donations, and will not have any eCommerce responsibilities.
Overall growth and managing of USG’s primary funding stream, Clean Out For A Cause®
Strategic planning and execution of large scale mailing campaigns sending out poly bags and/or boxes focused on procuring additional donations of gear.
ROI analysis of completed campaigns.
Identify and implement marketing opportunities for branding ‘Clean Out’ as the go-to way for sports professionals and athletes to maximize the impact of their used/excess gear.
Steward relationships with current donors, which may include providing discipleship and other personal development opportunities to further serve our partners.
Oversee all administrative and components such as tracking of donations within Salesforce, CRM tracking, coordinating donation logistics, shipping invoices, etc.
Represent USG at Meetings & Conventions in addition to in-person meetings/visits with collegiate & professional teams throughout the country to nurture existing relationships and generate new leads of FLOTSI’s (Future Leaders of the Sports Industry) and Clean Out For A Cause® supporters.
Support USG Alum in networking by engaging them with the network of Clean Out For A Cause® supporters.
Development, oversight, and maximizing of budget, including but not limited to shipping and supply costs.
Develop, lead, and leverage a Clean Out For A Cause® committee of various collegiate and professional supporters.
Work with USG’s Director of Business Development and Executive Director in development and implementation of a “selling on consignment” program.
