Compensation and Benefits
Anticipated Hiring Pay Range: $5,200 per month to $5,750 per month
This is a full-time, probationary, exempt position that includes full benefits. Athletic Corporation employees are at-will.

Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director for Athletics Business Operations, the incumbent will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operation of the equipment department. This includes but is not limited to, all ordering, budgeting, issuing, collecting, equipment maintenance-repair and laundry, and recording all information in regard to equipment in accordance with all Athletic Corporation, Conference, and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules and regulations. This position also serves as the head equipment manager for football. This position has a flexible work schedule, some evenings, weekends and holidays are required. Travel with assigned sports team will be required.
Experience serving as an equipment manager for football
Current Member of the Athletic Equipment Managers Association
Current Athletic Equipment Managers Association certification.
Ability to advise coaching staff with the selection of team apparel and equipment

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
Minimum of four years full-time experience in the management of an athletic equipment room at the Division I level which includes at least two years of supervisory responsibility
