We are looking for a Director of Lacrosse for club and tournament leadership.

Primary Responsibilities: - Director of Coaching, Program Coordinator, Recruiter, Program Specialist
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Commitment to the mission of the lacrosse club and tournaments.

Required Experience and Education: Lacrosse enthusiast, loves and honors the game; coaching and/or playing experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent professional experience at a leadership level
Work Hours: This is a full-time, exempt position. During seasons, expected working hours will vary and will include working on weekends and some weekday evenings. This position is required to be available via phone during all weekend sessions and programs to respond to and address any potential coaching, child or parenting issues.
