Reporting to the Director of Athletic Communications & Marketing, the successful candidate for Ticket Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the SHU Athletic Ticket Office. They will serve as the main point of contact for customer service, while serving as a member of the External Affairs office to promote and encourage attendance at SHU Athletic Events.
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of Athletics Ticket Office, to include ticket sales plans and delivery of all ticket orders, game staffing, student-athlete complimentary will call lists, etc. for football, men's and women's basketball and men's ice hockey.
Design and implement ticket sales program to increase attendance at ticketed sporting events, including the planning of special events surrounding those events
Collaborate with Director of Athletic Communications & Marketing in expansion of group ticketing, season tickets and premium seating sales plans
Assist External Affairs staff in planning, creation and production of materials to publicize and promote ticket sales and special events
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree Required,
2-4 years ticketing, marketing and promotions experience within an athletics environment, preferably at the Division I level
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
