Seton Hill University, a private Catholic Liberal arts University located in Greensburg, PA, has an opening for the position of Assistant Athletic Director of Facilities and Game Day Operations. Seton Hill is a NCAA Division II member and a member of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC). This position will report to the Executive Director of Athletics and carries responsibility of overseeing the operation of all Seton Hill University’s athletic facilities which includes maintenance and scheduling. Incumbent will execute all aspects of game day management including hiring and supervising student workers, communicating with visiting teams and officials prior to and on game day, creating a vibrant experience, and addressing any crowd control issues. Incumbent will ensure compliance with all NCAA, Conference and University rules. Additional administrative duties will be assigned.

A Bachelors degree is required, masters preferred. A minimum of 3 years experience in sports information and athletic administration is required, college experience is preferred.
