Roanoke College is adding Men's Volleyball to our athletic teams and we are seeking a dynamic Head Coach to recruit students and build our program. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, this position is responsible for the leadership of our men’s volleyball program. Duties include student-athlete development, scheduling, budget management, equipment ordering and inventory, public relations, and the recruitment and retention of students. This is a full-time, 11-month, exempt position.

A demonstrated background as a student-athlete and coach in intercollegiate volleyball.
Ability to articulate, promote and work effectively within the academic and athletic standards of Roanoke College.
Ability to articulate, promote and work effectively within the NCAA Division III philosophy.
A working knowledge of NCAA and ODAC rules.
Applicants must have work authorization. Sponsorship is not available.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends, with extensive travel.
