Under the cooperative direction of the Director of Men's and Women’s Track & Field, the essential functions and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Assist in the recruitment of qualified student-athletes.
Organize and plan practices.
Communicate with Strength and Conditioning staff.
Develop strength and conditioning program for team members.
Assist with the ordering of equipment.
Assist with scheduling.
Assist with meet management.
Comply with NCAA, Summit League, and University rules and regulations.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Men's and Women's Track & Field
Primary coaching emphasis is on throwing events.
