Adrian College is accepting applications for the position of full-time Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach. Adrian is an NCAA Division III Liberal Arts College located in southern Michigan. The position is a full time, 11-month contract. It includes a stipend, housing and utilities, meal plan, and medical coverage.
Responsibilities: Assisting the head coach with all aspects of coaching, planning and executing practices, game day duties, recruiting prospective student athletes, assisting with off-season practices, strength and conditioning programs, adhering to all NCAA Division III and MIAA rules and regulations and other assignments requested by the head coach and/or the Director of Athletics.

Bachelor’s degree and playing experience at the collegiate level.
Must be able to perform duties within the normal bounds of an office environment as well as work in a variety of weather conditions, and sit and stand for long periods of time.

Previous collegiate coaching experience is preferred. The successful candidate will be someone who is a self-starter, who is able to work independently, understand and comply with all NCAA rules and regulations, able to adapt to a changing workday schedule, has excellent organization and communication skills, and will be able to work odd hours and weekends.
