Under the direction of the Women’s Soccer Head Coach, the Director of Women's Soccer Operations will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the soccer operations for the Women’s Soccer program in the Department of Athletics. This position is designated as weather/event essential.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
At least three years of related work experience, competitive participation, and/or training
Applicable equivalencies may be considered.
Prior experience in the soccer industry as a player, coach, or administrator
Prior working experience in a culturally diverse university and/or team environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of the NCAA and Southeastern Conference rules and regulations
Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Strong technical literacy including Microsoft Office skills
Outstanding communication, organizational, and people skills
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
