Assist in administering an educationally sound and competitive women's basketball program, within the rules and policies of our conference and NCAA legislated guidelines.
This is an Individual Contract, full time position, which inlcudes evenings and weekends. First consideration will be given to those who apply by June 18, 2021.

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Minimum of three years NCAA collegiate coaching or playing experience, preferably at the Division I level.
Strong interpersonal, administrative and recruiting skills.
Experience with NCAA Division I rules and regulations.
Ability to be involved in all facets of the women's basketball program, including but not limited to coaching, recruiting, administration, compliance, and student-athlete development.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Perform all job duties in a manner consistent with NCAA, League and University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures and guidelines.
A valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to the University by the University's insurance carrier.
Master's preferred with 3-4 years of NCAA Division I coaching experience and/or collegiate or professional playing experience.
