Responsibilities include assisting in all aspects of the cross country program, including: Practice organization and implementation, attending all practices and competitions, identifying and coordinating recruitment of prospective student-athletes, abide by all written policies, procedures and guidelines of Purdue Northwest, the Department of Athletics, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and all applicable conferences or associations. Recruiting prospective student-athletes at high school meets and through phone and email, assisting managing web-based recruiting software, data entry (must be proficient with Microsoft Office), mentoring student-athletes to be their very best in the classroom, cross country course and the community, other duties as assigned.
