Lindsey Wilson College, located in Columbia, Kentucky, is seeking applicants for a Head Bowling Coach. Lindsey Wilson, a member of the Mid-South Conference and the NAIA, sponsors twenty-six sports, 37 teams and has 750 student-athletes participating in the various programs.
Reporting directly to the Director of Athletics, the head coach will be responsible for all aspects of the men’s and women’s bowling programs including but not limited to: recruitment of qualified student-athletes, practice planning, and organization, arranging team travel, monitoring academic progress of student-athletes, fundraising, budgeting, scheduling, administrative duties and compliance with all Lindsey Wilson College, MSC and NAIA rules and regulations. Additionally, the position will have limited game operations responsibilities. The successful candidate will represent the athletic department in professional, civic, charity, and alumni events.
This is a 12-month, full-time position with benefits. The successful candidate must demonstrate an understanding of the Lindsey Wilson mission and align philosophically with an enrollment-driven institution. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
