Under the direction of the Head Coach and in accordance with all NCAA, Conference, State and Institutional rules and regulations this position will coordinate all video editing, videotape exchange, and travel; assist in practice and game planning; assist in fundraising efforts, marketing, and alumni relations; assist with recruiting; assist in running drills and giving feedback to players during practice. Other duties as assigned.
Individual must know, recognize and comply with the laws, policies, rules and regulations governing University and its employees, and the rules of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA”) and the applicable Conference, as now constituted or as they may be amended during the Term of this agreement. Employee shall take all reasonable steps to endeavor to ensure that all other employees for whom Employee is administratively responsible, comply with aforesaid policies, rules, and regulations.
-Bachelor’s degree -A minimum of 1 year or more demonstrated experience of coaching or playing at a high school/club level or above
-Demonstrated experience coaching or playing in an NCAA Division 1 or professional athletic program -Demonstrated experience scouting opponents and putting together a scouting report -Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis -Demonstrated experience recruiting athletes
