Assistant Director of Sports Performance provides expertise, guidance, and training in the area of strength training and physical conditioning for all student-athletes and sports teams (specifically women's basketball) at the College of Charleston. Designs and implements strength and conditioning programs that enhance athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury.
Bachelor’s degree and certification in NSCA-CSCS required. Certification in First Aid/CPR and at least two years of experience in collegiate athletics also required. Master’s degree and experience working with Division I collegiate women’s basketball programs preferred. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.
