The Head Coach of Women’s Lacrosse is responsible for the organization and administration of all aspects of the sport or sports activities including supervision, teaching and implementing skills and strategies, recruiting, budget development, scheduling, purchasing, facility maintenance, public relations, community outreach and implementation of NCAA policies and regulations. Serve as game manager for athletic contests during fall and winter sports season.
One to two years previous coaching experience and/or training
Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Competitive background indicative of the ability to coach successfully in a NCAA Division liberal arts college environment
