William & Mary, an NCAA Division I member of the Colonial Athletic Association, invites applications for an assistant coaching position in women’s volleyball. The selected candidate will provide the leadership, initiative, and direction for a highly competitive athletic program. Additionally, they will support the volleyball program’s mission to balance athletic success with academic excellence, acknowledging the critical role athletics plays in enhancing the academic experience; uphold the standards of the College and the Athletic Department; contribute to and collaborate with peers toward the growth and maintenance of the program’s culture, challenging and supporting each student-athlete to develop her leadership skills, maximize her athletic potential, and achieve her personal goals.
