Strength Society in downtown Chicago is looking for driven, educated individuals looking to grow their careers with a one-of-a-kind personal training company. New hires will learn the Strength Society methodology of training, which is based on principles followed in the strength room at University of Michigan Football. Strength Society provides an intense, safe and productive environment for clients seeking one-on-one strength coaching. We use unique and optimal equipment and a specific training style with our clients to achieve their strength goals. We cater to busy professionals who are looking to work hard and get maximum results with short workouts.
Our strength coaches provide 30 minute one-on-one coaching through our strength training program. We are looking for career-oriented individuals who want to make a name for themselves in the industry, learn all aspects of running a fitness business and grow into a leadership role with the opportunity to be a stakeholder as we continue to grow and open more locations.
Undergraduate degree in exercise science or related field. Experience in intercollegiate strength and conditioning as an athlete is a bonus. Willingness to run our exercise programs and positively contribute to our team. New hires must be available to work on one weekend day and should not be concurrently employed elsewhere in the city doing one-on-one personal training.

We are Sworn to Strength. In our 30-minute, one-on-one strength training sessions with our expert strength coaches, we help clients achieve their optimal and stronger self—in and out of the gym—to conquer their world.
Our programming is based on the style of training previously done in the strength rooms of University of Michigan Football and our gym has the most compelling strength training equipment found in a boutique setting.
