Saint Francis University invites applications for a Graduate Assistant Coach, Men’s and Women’s Track & Field. This is a Part Time position in the Department of Athletics. The successful candidate must be accepted into a full-time graduate studies program at Saint Francis University. This is a two-year commitment, as the compensation is tuition remission, plus a stipend. The Assistant Coach is directly responsible to the Head Coach of Men’s and Women’s Track & Field and Cross Country to assist with the organization and direction of a Division I program.
Saint Francis University is a member of the NCAA Division I competing in the Northeast Conference. The candidates must have a commitment to adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the Northeast Conference, and the NCAA. In addition, the candidates must understand and actively support the mission of the Department of Athletics and Saint Francis University.
Bachelor’s degree required. Competitive or coaching experience in the sport of track and field is required. Specific expertise in the pole vault is preferred. Applicants with experience in sprints, hurdles, or distance events will also be considered.
