Anderson University, an NCAA Division III institution, is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach.
Responsibilities: This position/internship is designed as a ten-month educational experience and is designed to give an individual with an interest in coaching an opportunity to hone their skill development and coaching ability. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruiting, game prep, in-practice coaching, academic oversight, fundraising and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Previous coaching and playing experience at the college level is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the NCAA Division III philosophy and have a proven ability to successfully recruit student-athletes. Understanding of and commitment to the institutional mission of a Christian college, with attendant lifestyle expectations, is essential.
Compensation for this position includes a stipend and university housing.
The appointment is a 10-month (August - May), with the potential for renewal.
