Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Head Swimming and Diving Coach is responsible for directing all facets of an NCAA Division II women’s and men’s program including, but not limited to: the recruitment, training and development of quality student athletes, organization and planning of all practices, meet preparation and coaching, budget and scholarship management, program fundraising activities and monitoring the academic progress of student athletes. The selected candidate must also follow all university policies and procedures in addition to rules and bylaws of the NCAA and the NSISC. The program staff includes a full time assistant coach, a part-time aquatics/operations assistant and a graduate assistant.
