Camp Starlight, a premier co-ed traditional sleep-away camp in the beautiful Endless Mountains of Northeast Pennsylvania, (2 1/2 hours outside NYC) was founded in 1947 This year we will be celebrating our 75th year of overnight camping. The goal of Camp Starlight is to provide children with a safe, healthy environment in which they have the opportunity to acquire skills, knowledge, friendships and life experiences that they will take with them throughout their lives.
Each year, we welcome approximately 560 campers between the ages of 7-15. We are a brother/sister camp and typically have an even number of boys and girls. We offer and exciting, adventurous, fun-packed summer. While we are not a "sports camp," we do serve a large population of kids with a strong interest in athletics. At Starlight, we offer almost every sport to our campers along with other traditional camp activities.
