This is an entry-mid level position for a former college pitcher looking to break into a development career.

We are looking for a pitching instructor/velocity trainer. We are structured training program WITH our own indoor baseball training facility and program in the Austin Texas area. We focus 100% on player development for Grades 7-College (no teams).
The successful candidate would be under the director of training and working with players every day.
The successful candidate has plenty of future upward mobility and create a long term career. Looking for someone that wants to come in, learn the systems, work hard, and climb their way to the top.
We are located in the beautiful hill country (only 1/2 mile away from Lake Travis), right outside of Cedar Park in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan area.
Successful candidate has strong initiative, eager to learn and wants to work hard to be the best instructor possible. Applicants should have college baseball experience as a player or coach.

We are a structured pitching training program with our own indoor facility. We work with players from over 22 different high schools from the Central Texas area. We focus on player development with players ages Grades 7-College and do not have teams.
