The Director of Premium Seating and Membership reports to the Executive Director and oversees the sales and service efforts for athletic premium seating areas as well assisting with the annual giving and membership growth initiatives for the Ragin’ Cajuns Athletic Foundation (RCAF). This position will also attend and assist with athletics department games/events, donor events and other department functions as assigned. Will be required to work occasional evenings and weekends throughout the year, as well as travel occasionally. -Serve as a full-time fundraiser focused on securing leadership annual gifts ranging from $500 to $10,000 -Oversee the sales and service efforts for the premium seating areas (suites, loge boxes, club seats, and/or patio boxes) at Louisiana Football, Basketball, Baseball, and Softball -Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects, develop effective moves management strategies, and lead prospects through the qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship cycle -Work with Operational Review (University legal counsel) to create, collect, and maintain database of premium seating contracts and addendums -Research and implement industry best practices to create and execute leadership annual giving, membership programs, and premium seating sales strategies -Make phone calls and other introductory contacts to secure appointments with prospects in order to solicit annual gifts and premium seating commitments to the RCAF -Develop key donor segment programs and initiatives to secure new donors and renewals at the leadership annual giving level -Focus on annual giving initiatives designed to secure renewals and reengage lapsed donors -Collaborate with the Director of Annual Giving to develop and implement donor programs such as the recent grad program and former student-athlete initiatives aimed to increase Annual Fund dollars -Assist the Director of Annual Giving with sales of all donor ticket, parking, and tailgating/RV -Serve as staff liaison with RCAF Board of Directors sub-committee(s) and assist with other volunteer fundraising efforts as assigned -Enter contact reports and proposals into the Development system in a timely fashion -Maintain accuracy of records through entering contact reports and providing updates to donor database; following data policies and guidelines for requesting reports and use of data -Work with Executive Director to set individual performance goals and priorities annually -Actively participate in RCAF and Office of Development staff meetings and retreats -Other duties as assigned
