Essential Job Functions The Assistant AD for Development and Partnerships serves as a member of the athletics leadership team, reporting to the Director of Athletics. This person will work in conjunction with the Director of Athletics to provide strategic leadership and vision to the athletics department, including but not limited to revenue generation, alumni relations, corporate partnerships, and community engagement. The Assistant AD may provide supervision to assigned sport programs, departments, and personnel. This employee will be required to represent the athletics department as appropriate on campus, in the conference, and with the NCAA. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics. Execute all responsibilities in accordance with the NCAA, UW-Parkside, Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC), University of Wisconsin System, and UW-Parkside Foundation policies and procedures. Provide supervision and oversight for all aspects of assigned sport programs, departments, and personnel. Assist the Director of Athletics and athletics leadership team with the day-to-day operations of the athletics department. Serve as a liaison between Parkside Athletics and the Office of Advancement, building relationships, attending meetings, and ensuring aligned and effective gift processing, database management, and communication. Oversee and execute all aspects of the Parkside Athletics Corporate Partners Program, including ensuring the successful solicitation, fulfillment, invoicing, and renewals for partners.
