POSITION SUMMARY: The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Head Coach for the Women’s Soccer program who possesses a strong work ethic, impeccable character, and a burning desire to win. This role will lead the charge to manage and maintain a successful Division I Women’s Soccer program while adhering to all policies, rules, and regulations set forth by the University of Florida, UAA, SEC and NCAA. As the Head Coach, the position requires the social agility skills necessary to interact with a wide variety of constituents; student-athletes, alumni, coaching staff, administration staff, media and boosters. This position will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of prospective student-athletes, as well as the physical and technical training of student-athletes to prepare them for competition in Division I, NCAA Women’s Soccer. The Head Coach is also responsible for the scheduling of competitions and team travel arrangements and for the generation and monitoring of the annual budget for the Women’s Soccer program. The Head Coach will promote academic excellence and commit to the student-athlete’s athletic success while at the University of Florida. Provides supervision for the Assistant Coaches and Administrative staff.
