Lead the development and execution of strategies and initiatives to build the Georgia Tech (GT) Athletics brand across sports programs, constituent groups, and digital channels. Serve as a key leader in driving creativity and ideation for GT Athletics. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations. This position will interact on a regular basis with: GT Athletics staff, external partners, and campus partners. This position typically will advise and counsel: GT Athletics staff, external partners, and campus partners. This position will supervise: assigned staff.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Required Qualifications
This position is critical to GT Athletics implementation and continued growth with the new Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) television network.  This job will require work outside of typical business hours as needed, potentially including, but not limited to evenings, weekend, and holidays.  Cooperate with the Athletics compliance office regarding NCAA rules and polices, including reporting requirements, and make a determined effort to ensure that staff and teams are in compliance.
