SCAD seeks a head coach to manage the daily operations and supervision of the women’s lacrosse program. In this position, you will analyze the performance of student-athletes and instruct them on the strategies and techniques necessary to prepare for athletic competition. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to cultivate effective working relationships in a team-oriented environment. The candidate must have experience managing budgets and fundraising in a college environment, and exhibit proven leadership ability and commitment to student development.
Advanced degree in a related field Exceptional communication skills Two years of intercollegiate experience as a lacrosse coach Knowledge of NAIA guidelines, federal regulations, and other policies governing intercollegiate athletics
