Assistant Registrar

Required Education and Experience: 
    •    Bachelor’s degree; 
    •    Three or more years working in higher education.?
Preferred Education and Experience:
    •    Three or more years working in academic advising and/or athletics compliance.?
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    •    High level of competency and skills relating to Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word;
    •    Ability to work with high degree of accuracy;
    •    Strong analytic and critical thinking skills;
    •    Strong oral and written communication skills;
    •    Ability to prioritize projects;
    •    Ability to maintain a high level of discretion;
    •    Ability to interpret complex policies and regulations.?
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
    •    Knowledge and ability to navigate NCAA/SEC academic rules and regulations;
    •    Knowledge of the UTK undergraduate curriculum;
    •    Ability to organize and analyze information using University and third-party reporting tools;
    •    Ability to organize and perform oral presentations to diverse audiences.
