| Title: Soccer Club Technical Director Location: Alpharetta, GA Compensation: $40-60K The Technical Director is the lead soccer expert for the location or locations they are assigned to. They are an especially important part of the full-time staff and will be the Director of all assigned coaches in the competitive programs. Key Responsibilities: 1) Responsible for the organization and implementation of the Academy and Select programs, team formations, tryouts, team camps, tournaments, and all soccer aspects of the programs 2) Will make coaching recommendations to fill any open coaching positions. 3) Will develop and implement curriculum for Academy and Select Programs 4) Will evaluate all coaches twice per year and provide ongoing coaching assistance to coaching staff 5) Will work with other location directors to ensure the internal coaching development sessions are implemented 6) Will attend all club events and will actively engage with Rush National events, programs as needed 7) Will perform an additional duty as required by the Executive Director or Executive Board 8) Will serve on the local committee for their location, be responsible for setting up regular meetings and keeping meeting minutes 9) Will coach teams as needed by the organization at the approval of the Executive Director. Typically 2-3 per year. Position Requirements: - USSF A License or Equivalent
