General Purpose: The Assistant Coach-Football, participates in the planning, organization and execution of preseason and season practices. Provides input as to the evaluation of student-athletes' performance and progress. Evaluate opponents' performance and potential. Ensures the peak performance of student-athletes during games. Participates in the recruitment of prospective athletes. Meets objectives and mission of a sports program within an academic environment and within University guidelines. Performs all related administrative responsibilities associated with the program as regulated and governed by the University, NCAA and Ivy League policies.
