The assistant coach is responsible for assisting with various coaching, management, and administrative duties of the women’s soccer program as assigned by the Head Coach. The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to positively lead, support, and serve student-athletes in all phases of their collegiate experience. The candidate is expected to strictly support the Head Coach and to model professionalism within a fast-paced and positive business environment. The assistant coach is responsible for conducting any duties or activities with integrity and within the rules of the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA), the Missouri Valley Conference and/or Missouri Valley Football Conference (MVC or MVFC), the State of Illinois, Illinois State University, and the Athletics Department.

Required Qualifications: 1. Proven ability to teach and communicate fundamental and advanced soccer skills The position is a 12-month position with the opportunity for annual renewal.
