Arena, event and room set-ups/tear-downs, repairs, facility security, key management, equipment inventory and replacement of furnishings, administration of emergency and safety programs and direction to custodial staff. Supervise the equipment manager. event staff and student staff including hiring, training and operations. Provide assistance in developing policies and procedures related to facilities and events. Execution of designated facility rentals at the discretion of the Asst. AD for Facility and Event Mgmt. Serve as a Department Head.

Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.Perform all job duties in a manner consistent with NCAA conference and University. Two years experience in facility and event management. Knowledge of building systems, maintenance supervision and facilities operation. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
