| Luther College, a private, NCAA Division III institution located in Decorah, Iowa, seeks applications for Head Women’s Soccer Coach. The head coach is responsible for all aspects of the program, including but not limited to, practice organization, contest management, recruiting, staff development, budget oversight, student-athlete development, and academic monitoring. Strong leadership and motivational skills are required; a record of integrity and the ability to inspire student-athletes to perform at a high level is essential; and a willingness to advance the goals and mission of Luther College while adhering to the rules, policies, and regulations established by Luther College, the American Rivers Conference, and the NCAA is critical.The successful candidate will also perform administrative responsibilities assigned by the Athletic Director and Senior Women’s Administrator related to compliance and eligibility . Qualifications for the position include: 1) a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred; 2) at least three years of successful college and/or high level coaching experience.
