Head Men's And Women's Swim Coach/Aquatics Director
Job Description The Head Men's And Women's Swim Coach/Aquatics Director is a full-time (12-month) administrative coaching position available immediately. The coach is responsible for managing all aspects of the swim program including scheduling, practices and competitions.
Essential Duties Summary The coach is responsible for the recruitment and retention of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes for both the men's and women's teams. This position also serves and the Aquatics Director and is responsible for the oversight of the College's pool and community swim programs. Ensuring adherence to the policies of Sarah Lawrence College, the Skyline Conference and the NCAA will be an ongoing essential. Preference will be given to candidates with coaching and administrative experience at the collegiate level as well as experience recruiting to a private liberal arts college.
Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree is required; master's degree preferred. A high level of self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills are imperative. Resumes will be reviewed as they are received.
