Peak Sports MGMT is actively looking for quality individuals to work from Natchitoches, LA for Northwestern State University Athletics in sponsorship/partnership sales.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience developing corporate marketing partnerships. This position will be responsible for creating a high volume of new business and implementing high-level corporate marketing partnerships for the university athletic program, while also building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and the athletic department staff.
The General Manager reports directly to the Sales Director and is responsible for the planning, implementation and administration of the relationship between the university and the sports property, as well as selling and servicing school sponsorship accounts. This position is responsible for, but not limited to, overseeing and executing the advertising, sponsorship, and corporate relationship building on behalf of the university.
Functions include the SALES, and fulfillment/activation of corporate sponsorships, administrative duties including managing and maintaining activation book, and building and fostering relationships within the athletic department.
Previous experience selling comprehensive sports marketing partnerships including major media elements or relevant business-to-business sales experience.
Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, and listening skills.
Successful track record in selling and customer account management for local and regional accounts.
High energy level and positive attitude.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays (as required).

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
Proficiency in Photoshop, or InDesign preferred.
