Primarily responsible for the conference’s externally focused initiatives, including: •The MIAA Network •Marketing and Promotions •Sponsorships •Championship Ticket Sales •Revenue Generation •MIAA Special Events (Awards Show; Media Day; etc.) •Brand Management •Fan Experience •Digital and Social Media Strategy and Execution
Additional responsibilities include: •Managing the licensing/merchandising program •Women’s Soccer, Women’s Basketball, Men’s Golf, Softball and Athletic Trainers – Serve those groups as Staff Primary Liaison (including championship event management) •Office Operations and Building Relationships •MIAA Ambassadors Program •MIAA Student Correspondents Program •MIAA Officials -- Pay Manager •City and Vendor Relations
