Oversees organization, coordination, initial evaluation and communication with recruitment of potential student athletes.
Responsible for position specific and systematic training and player development.
Serves as team academic liaison.
Responsible for summer camp organization
Supervises and oversees the preparation of opponent film breakdown and coordinates and leads team video sessions.
Responsible for in match and game day management.
Coordinates and assists in team travel planning including but not limited to: flights, hotel arrangements, general transportation etc.
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred. Two to five years of Division I collegiate coaching experience in designated sport required. Understanding of and compliance with NCAA rules and regulations and commitment to the mission of Jesuit higher education.
