Hiram College is seeking applications for the position of Men’s Wrestling Head Coach and Director of Wrestling Operations. Hiram College is a private liberal arts institution located in northeast Ohio. The College is a member of the North Coast Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III.
The Men’s Wrestling Head Coach and Director of Wrestling Operations position is a full time, 10-month staff position which reports to the Director of Athletics. The head coach is responsible for all aspects of a men’s wrestling program to include; organizing and implementing a successful recruiting and retention plan for the program, supervising one graduate assistant coach, managing the program in accordance with department/college policies and procedures, and acting in accord with NCAC, NCAA, and institutional rules and regulations. With women’s wrestling also set to arrive at Hiram College, this Director of Wrestling Operations position will work in concert with the Director of Athletics to supervise both the men’s and women’s programs – although a head coach of women’s wrestling will eventually be added. Additional duties may be assigned. A Master’s Degree is preferred, while a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
