Next Level Soccer Academy, based out of Pennington, NJ is looking for coaches to join our 2020/2021 staff who align with our motto of "Where Every Player Matters. Player Development Is The Focus, Team/Club Culture is a Priority!"
Club Head Coach: We are looking for 3-4 coaches for the 2020/2021 season to fill upcoming coaching assignments who have a passion to work with highly skilled youth players, as well as be a part of team working towards a culture of excellence and development.
Tasks include but not limited to:
• Coaching teams (1-2 Teams Depending On Candidate)
• Planning and running training sessions (August - June)
• Conducting 1 on 1 evaluations with players
• Having a charismatic personality with the ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff and players
• Managing the performance environment by leading the development of players and teams
Notes: Salary is dependent upon coaching experience, background and the number of hours available. Performance reviews will be ongoing.

1 Hold at least a USSF D License or United Soccer Coaches National Diploma or willing to work towards these credentials / licenses.

About Next Level Soccer Academy
Next Level Soccer Academy is designed for players to succeed through practice and hard work at each level of their playing career with an emphasis on conditioning, techniques and tactics of the game. The program is unique in that it encourages multi-sport athletes to play soccer at a premier level, believing that all athletes will benefit from the leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship skills developed through training within our program. NLSA is also unique in that it stresses community service and outreach as an integral part of the players’ development as responsible members of the local community and beyond. As teams mature and progress, the coach and player relationships extend beyond the field. Coaches and the executive staff provide guidance and assistance with the college recruiting and admissions process as NLSA student-athletes prepare to take their game to the collegiate level.
