The Head Football Coach is responsible for planning and directing the recruitment, conditioning, training and performance of student-athletes, along with program budget management, for SNU’s NCAA Division II intercollegiate football program. Candidates should have an understanding of NCAA Division II rules and regulations. While managing the day to day operations of their team, they will also oversee their student-athletes progress toward graduation. This person will activate alumni engagement while having fundraising responsibilities, as well as creating opportunities for their team to serve in the community. This person will serve as a role model and be a support system for their student-athletes’ overall college experience.
Southern Nazarene University is located in Bethany, OK and competes in the Great American Conference.
The Head Football Coach must have a strong Christian commitment with a vital Christian faith and lifestyle while being supportive of the evangelical Mission of Southern Nazarene University.
