Assist the Assistant Athletic Director for Equipment and Purchasing in the equipment support operations for 22 intercollegiate programs.
Assist in purchasing, fitting, storage, cleaning and inventory management of all uniforms and equipment.
Work closely with the coaching staff to determine needs and generates purchase orders to acquire athletic and sports equipment within budgetary allocations.
Assist in the proper set-up of equipment and uniforms for both home and away football games.
Assist in all laundry operations by providing laundry service for practice apparel and uniforms.
Assist in the fitting and necessary adjustments needed for uniforms and athletic equipment for practices and games.
Assist in leading, directing and supervising student managers.
Fully comply with all University policies and procedures, NCAA, Atlantic 10, and Patriot League rules and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree required and minimum 1-year work experience in a collegiate athletic program preferred.
Achieve the A.E.M.A certification once hired.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel when required.
