Texas State University is looking to hire an Assistant Women's Golf coach that is responsible for recruiting, developing, and providing direct & independent coaching to student-athletes in assistance to the Head Coach. The Assistant Women’s Golf Coach is responsible for the direct and independent coaching of student-athletes during practice and tournaments, the assessment and recruitment of prospective student-athletes, creation of individualized development plans for each student-athlete, monitoring the academic progress of Women’s Golf student-athletes, facilitating team meetings, participating in public relations, marketing and fundraising for the Women’s Golf program and the athletic department and complying with NCAA and Texas State University rules and regulations.
