FC Boulder seeks a versatile, results-oriented professional to join our team. We are hiring a Technical Director. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position.

Specific responsibilities of the Technical Director include but are not limited to:
Set and disseminate the FC Boulder coaching curricula, including Academy, Competitive, Juniors, Recreational, and volunteer coaching guides and resources with a focus on vertical integration within the organization.
Collaborate with program directors to recruit and hire coaches for Academy, Competitive and Juniors teams U9-U19.
Provide annual written evaluation to all staff coaches and collaborate with program directors to provide written evaluation to all non-staff (team coaches).
Provide game-day support throughout the season to U9-U19 teams.
Create and oversee the schedule of communication, meetings, clinics, newsletters, field sessions, etc. to deliver facets of the coaching curricula to coaches in the Academy, Competitive and Juniors programs and in support of the Recreational program.
Facilitate growth in the professionalism of the FC Boulder coaching staff including increased awareness and commitment to the values and philosophies of the club, guidance in providing positive and proactive communication with parents, and advice for coaches seeking professional development opportunities outside FC Boulder.
Actively participate in strategic planning for the club.
Participate in the facilitation of club meetings and informational events with and for parents, players, and coaches.
Facilitate conversation and conflict resolution between parents, coaches and players as appropriate.
Promote the philosophies, values, standards, and spirit of FC Boulder through community conversations – both formal and informal.
Design and implement forward thinking and creative programs to enhance the FC Boulder experience for players, coaches, and parents.

Committed to working a non-traditional work schedule
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and benefits package including paid vacation and health/dental/vision benefits available after 30 days. This position reports to the club's Executive Director.
Location: Boulder, Colorado
USSF A License, UEFA equivalent or demonstrated continuing education if highest licensure was obtained greater than five years ago. Applicants with pending requirements are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Analogous work experience for a minimum of five years.
