Executive, Executive - Associate Athletics Director

The Associate Athletic Director for Internal Operations reports to the Deputy Director of Athletics. This position has primary responsibility for the leadership and management of internal operations including sport administration, financial and business functions, reporting, human resources, purchasing, travel, contracts with some interactions with compliance and corporate partnerships.
As a member of the Management Team, he/she provides advice to the Deputy Athletic Director in areas of financial strategy, budgeting and department master planning. This role ensures compliance with University, NCAA, and NEC polices rules and regulations as applicable and will serve as a sport administrator as assigned by Athletic Director.
The Associate AD for Internal operations works closely with the Deputy Director of Athletics to build strong, positive internal and external relationships to support Athletic and University strategic goals and initiatives.
