The ECNL Selection Program Coordinator is a full-time position based out of the ECNL office in Richmond, VA. The Selection Program Coordinator will perform day-to-day operational tasks focused on Selection Program coordination and management, event and inventory support, and additional duties as assigned by the Events Director. The Selection Program Coordinator will report to the Event Director. Specific job requirements include:
Coaching Development Initiatives:
Plan and execute events that are best in class in sport education, providing an inspiring, friendly and comfortable learning environment for attendees, and meets the needs of the presenters and provide a great teaching experience.
Coordinate registration forms and rooming lists for attendees (internal and external)
Coordinate event-related communications
Coordinate with the host organization (hotel) regarding room setups, A/V, rooming lists, etc.
Coordinate travel logistics for all presenters and VIPs
Manage presenters’ printing needs as needed
Other duties as assigned
Plan and execute events that are best in class in player development, inspire players to be better, provide a professional training and learning experience, and support the needs of the staff.
Provide primary administrative and operational support for the event
Management of CSP & NSP product and equipment, shipping and screening
Manage the invitation process, and tracking of responses for each event
Coordinate pre-CSP/NSP communication to directors & attendees
Coordinate post-CSP/NSP communicate to directors & attendees
Coordinate Gatorade Shipments
Coordinate implementation of TeamGenius into programs
Support Boys ECNL Selection Programs as needed
Manage inventory and screening for all Selection Programming
ECNL Online Store:
Manage inventory and screening for the ECNL AYW Online Store
Assist with creation of new promotions and offerings to further increase traffic to the online store.
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year institution
Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently
Must have highly refined abilities in time management, organization and administration
Must have a working knowledge of computers and computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience and a working knowledge of elite youth soccer a plus
Must be available for significant travel
Additional Information: Be a supportive teammate to help in general league-wide tasks as requested by the ECNL Events Director or others, and assist in teammates accomplishment of their tasks.
Assist with Marketing Plan creation and execution
Assist in league sponsorship/partner procurement and servicing
Salary: commensurate with experience, payable monthly
The ECNL will provide an additional stipend to subsidize individual purchase of health and dental plans
Phone: The ECNL will provide a cell phone and monthly service plan

The ECNL is an independent, non-profit, member-based 501(c)(3) organization, with an independent governance and leadership structure. The ECNL Board of Directors and staff solely governs all programs and platforms. The ECNL is sanctioned by US Club Soccer.
