The CCL is larger than some state associations. The CCL offers a holistic club-based development model with it’s primary focus on the development of the very best youth soccer players in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. As the first youth soccer league to implement the club-based model and club-to-club matchday, the CCL is the leader in the youth soccer landscape.
